What are the side effects of ejaculation and how often should I do it?

Im 17 years old and have been ejaculating a couple times a day lately just due to seeing hot women, etc. Anyways, I was wondering if I should continue ejaculating 2 to 3 times a day or if I should stop due to the side effects? I have read some of the side effects but havent been able to get a complete list. Please help. Thanks in advance for your help!
