Professional Development
About our Future Programs
As The Culinary Trust celebrates our 33rd year as an organization serving emerging and established culinary professionals, our board has thoughtfully examined the Trust’s breadth of programming in light of our next 30 years of addressing critical issues in food. We have determined that our resources will be best utilized when we direct them toward programs that help people and organizations who are acting on critical issues in food to create positive and lasting change. In light of that focusing of resources, we have decided to discontinue our culinary school scholarship program. We will still provide many other education resources and opportunities.
Professional Development Program
Our Professional Development Program places exceptional culinary and food policy-focused emerging professionals in exceptional learning environments with non-profits, social entrepreneurship ventures, artisan producers and culinary media companies, to help them become confident leaders in the Future of Food.
