Louisville “Flash Auction”
For our annual fundraiser at the IACP conference in Louisville, we’ve put together a “flash auction.” The event is completely sold out, so if you’re one of the lucky ticket holders, you’ll be able to bid directly on the night. If not, perhaps you know someone who will be at the event on Saturday, March 4th, and can get them to bid on your behalf! The final order may vary, and actual package contents may shift, so check back for updates and additions.

Lot 101 - Two Jacques Pepin prints - $450 estimated retail value (ERV)
You’ll be able to bid on two high-quality numbered prints of two paintings by the legendary Jacques Pepin, both painted especially for The Culinary Trust. One includes “Birthday Flowers” (left) which Jacques painted in celebration of his own 80th birthday. The prints come with a solid foam core for easy transport and can fit into a carry-on suitcase. They are ready for immediate framing. Keep one, give one away? A lasting memento from an inspiring chef.
IACP will hold its 40th Anniversary conference in the Big Apple in 2018. So get a friend and bid together! This package includes two full registrations to next year’s conference. You’ll be able to register on the first day that registration goes live, too, so you can be sure you get into the sessions you want. The conference will be held February 22-25th, 2018. IACP estimates the cost of the conference will be around $695 but this could change, so lock in your price now by bidding on this package! Please note: This doesn’t include any optional tours, add-on days or hotel accommodation.
