The Culinary Trust, the philanthropic foundation of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP), is honored to partner with the family of Marcella Hazan to celebrate her love for teaching authentic Italian cooking with the creation of the Marcella Hazan Fund for Authentic Cooking. Marcella Hazan was a treasured long-time member and supporter of IACP, and the recipient of one of our first Culinary Classics Awards in 2011 for her 1980 “The Classic Italian Cook Book,” which changed the way Americans understood and prepared Italian food. Your tax-deductible donation will be the seed money for an endowment that will provide scholarships and other opportunities for nonprofessional cooks to study in Italy and elsewhere.
