On April 8, 2013, honorary board trustee Martin Yan hosted “An Evening at M.Y. China: A Unique Culinary Culture Experience and Fundraiser for The Culinary Trust.”
Supporters of The Culinary Trust enjoyed a unique experiential and engaging dinner and auction, co-hosted by M.Y. China restaurant in San Francisco and Martin Yan, a long-time friend of The Culinary Trust. This interactive event included live cooking demonstrations throughout the evening, special guests including culinary luminaries, and a live auction.

• A Day with Martin Yan, including Chinatown tour, cooking class and lunch for 6 guests
• An exclusive Winemaker’s Luncheon at award-winning Petrichor Vineyards, hosted by IACP board member Margaret Bradley-Foley
• A one-of-a kind two-day Mexico City experience with tour and cooking class hosted by Ruth Alegria of Mexico Soul and Essence culinary tours
