One of the highlights of conference is the annual silent auction   that benefits The Culinary Trust. Every year, IACP members, friends and family of The Trust generously donate dozens of culinary items, big and small, to raise money for our programs.  Every year, the lots get better and better.
Bid now or bid at conference for over 160 items including:  a week’s vacation in Italy’s Umbria region: a 2-day market to table tour of Mexico City: VIP passes to some of the country’s best culinary events; dozens of gourmet foods, cookbooks, (award winners: IACP’s 2011′s Judge’s choice Cooking with Italian Grandmothers and the 50-pound, 2,400 page Modernist Cuisine); cook- and bakeware;  electrics ( a new model Vitamix blender); certificates from Chef John Besh (New Orleans), dinner the famous Rao’s in NY; cooking, baking and butchering classes, including a 2-1/2 Day Course at Ballymaloe in Ireland, photography (a full-day multi-product/recipe shoot); styling, career and writing coach sessions; and professional services.
From now through March 26th, you can preview items and bid online at Bidding for Good 
Then, on March 30th the auction will move to the conference location, New York’s Millennium Hotel and items will be up for grabs until noon on April 2nd. Bid now or bid later (absentee bidding permitted).
